The third in a series of events "Business Transformation Stories", organized by the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Chamber of Evros, on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at the Alexandroupolis Prefecture, was a great success. The event was supported by Mindspark+, Alexandria Innovation Zone, and Light Hub.

The topics focused on the need of businesses for Digital Transformation, which is imposed by the rapid technological developments and especially by Artificial Intelligence with emphasis on human resources and labor relations.   

In the first session of the event entitled "Digital Transformation & Artificial Intelligence", Mr.Petros Soukoulias, Co-Founder & Advisory Board of SEEMS, and all participants shared their experience on Digital Transformation and the role of Artificial Intelligence in substantially changing the way businesses operate.   

In the second session "Workplace Transformation", a discussion was held on the dynamics of Digital Transformation in the workplace, as well as the skills that a company's workforce needs to possess and how technology can help improve collaboration, increase productivity, and enhance employee engagement.
